이 방침은 정적 웹사이트 dosaem.com과 운영자 전용 내부 관리 도구 admin.dosaem.com에 적용됩니다. 각 앱에는 아래의 앱별 방침·약관이 적용되며, 이 웹사이트·관리 도구의 수집 설명이 각 앱의 SDK 처리에 적용되는 것은 아닙니다.
개인정보 보호 창구는 DOSAEM 개인정보 보호 담당(대표 겸임), [email protected]입니다. 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 이 이메일로 청구할 수 있으며 10일 안에 회신합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 대리인도 같은 창구로 청구할 수 있습니다. 위임장 등 대리권 확인 자료를 요청할 수 있으며 본인·대리인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 받습니다.
웹사이트에는 회원가입·입력 폼·쿠키·분석 도구·광고·외부 글꼴·외부 스크립트가 없습니다. 운영자가 방문 기록을 따로 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 방문 시 호스팅 사업자 Cloudflare는 페이지 전송을 위해 IP 주소·요청 시각·요청 경로·브라우저 정보를 처리합니다.
이메일 문의에서는 보낸 주소, 이름(적은 경우), 본문·첨부를 문의 확인·회신 목적으로 처리합니다. 유료 거래가 없어 법정 보존 사유는 없으며, 회신을 마치고 문의가 끝나 더는 필요 없어지면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 운영자가 메일함과 휴지통에서 영구 삭제한 뒤 Google 측에 남는 사본은 Google Workspace의 보존·복구 정책에 따라 만료됩니다. 운영자는 별도 보존 설정을 두지 않습니다.
DOSAEM Admin은 운영자 본인 계정·키로 자사 앱의 집계 통계를 하루 1회 받아 대한민국의 자체 장비인 운영자 서버의 지표 DB에 저장하며 운영자만 봅니다. AdMob OAuth 클라이언트 이름은 dosaem-metrics입니다.

지표 DB는 매시간 백업하여 운영자 서버에 7일, 국내 백업 서버(NAS)에 14일 보관합니다. 하루 한 번 암호화한 사본을 Google Drive(Google Workspace, Google LLC)에 보관합니다. Drive 사본은 일 7·주 4·월 3 세대로 돌려 쓰며 새 세대가 생길 때 오래된 세대부터 지웁니다. 이 백업에는 위 집계 통계뿐이며 개인정보는 없습니다.
집계 통계·실행 기록은 운영 판단에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 원천 연동을 끝내면 운영자가 그 원천의 저장분을 수동 삭제하고, 백업 사본은 위 세대 교체로 순차 삭제됩니다. 연동 종료 시 그 원천의 인증 비밀을 서버 설정에서 지우고 Google·Apple 쪽 권한·키를 폐기합니다.
AdMob OAuth 클라이언트 dosaem-metrics로 받는 Google 사용자 데이터는 위 AdMob 집계 통계뿐이며 지표 표시·운영 판단에만 씁니다. 판매·광고·제3자 제공·운영자 외 사람의 열람·AI/ML 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다. 저장·백업은 3항과 같습니다.
DOSAEM이 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 이전할 때에는 Limited Use 요구사항을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수합니다.
권한 철회와 삭제는 다릅니다. Google 계정 → 보안 → 타사 액세스에서 권한을 철회하면 이후 접근만 끊깁니다. 이미 저장한 통계 삭제는 [email protected]으로 요청하면 운영자가 지표 DB에서 삭제하고, 백업 사본은 세대 교체로 순차 삭제됩니다.
Google 데이터를 새 목적·새 방식으로 쓰려면 적용 전에 이 방침을 고치고 OAuth 사용자(현재 운영자 1인)에게 알리고 다시 동의를 받습니다.
웹사이트·관리 도구는 아동 대상이 아니며 아동 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

거부 방법·효과: 방문하지 않거나 메일을 보내지 않으면 이전이 없습니다. 거부하면 사이트 열람·문의 회신을 받을 수 없습니다.
제3자 제공은 없으며 외부 글꼴·스크립트·분석을 쓰지 않습니다. Google·Apple 지표 API 호출과 Drive 백업은 운영자 자신의 앱 집계 통계(개인정보 아님)이므로 위 표 대신 3·4항에 설명합니다.
관리 도구는 Cloudflare Access의 운영자 이메일 인증과 앱 로그인 뒤에만 열리며 운영자 1인만 접근합니다. 장기 인증 비밀(OAuth 리프레시 토큰·서비스 계정 키·API 키)은 암호화된 서버 설정 파일로 관리합니다. 실행 중에는 메모리에서 인증에 쓰며 액세스 토큰을 잠시 캐시합니다. 비밀은 지표 DB·로그·응답에 남기지 않습니다. 전송은 HTTPS이며 Google Drive 백업은 업로드 전 암호화합니다. 문의 메일은 운영자 1인만 접근하는 Google Workspace 계정에만 있고, 그 관리 계정은 2단계 인증을 씁니다.

This policy applies to the static website dosaem.com and the operator-only internal management tool admin.dosaem.com. Each app has its own policy and terms listed below. The collection descriptions for this website and tool do not extend to SDK processing in those apps.
The privacy contact is DOSAEM Privacy Contact (handled by the proprietor), [email protected]. Send requests for access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing to this address; we reply within 10 days. Legal guardians and authorized representatives may use the same address. We may request proof of authority, such as a power of attorney, and receive only the minimum information needed to verify the requester or representative.
The website has no registration, input forms, cookies, analytics, advertising, external fonts or external scripts. The operator does not separately collect or retain visit logs. Hosting provider Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request times, request paths and browser information to deliver pages when you visit.
For email inquiries, we process the sender address, name (if provided), message and attachments to review and reply to the inquiry. There are no statutory retention grounds because there are no paid transactions. Once the reply is complete and the inquiry has ended and is no longer needed, the operator deletes it without delay, permanently from both the mailbox and trash. Copies remaining with Google then expire under Google Workspace retention and recovery policies. The operator has no separate retention settings.
DOSAEM Admin retrieves aggregate statistics for the operator's own apps once daily using the operator's accounts and keys. It stores them in a metrics database on the operator's own equipment in the Republic of Korea, visible only to the operator. The AdMob OAuth client is named dosaem-metrics.

Active user counts, new user counts and session counts by app and date.Stored data consists of aggregate statistics by app and date (counts, average ratings and estimated revenue amounts) and collection run records (time, period, status and redacted error messages). We neither request nor store information identifying individual users: names, emails, device identifiers, advertising IDs, user IDs or locations. The tool has no accounts or sign-in for the general public.
The metrics database is backed up hourly, with copies kept on the operator's server for 7 days and a domestic backup server (NAS) for 14 days. An encrypted copy is stored daily in Google Drive (Google Workspace, Google LLC). Drive copies rotate through 7 daily, 4 weekly and 3 monthly generations, deleting the oldest generations as new ones are created. These backups contain only the aggregate statistics above and no personal data.
Aggregate statistics and run records are retained for as long as needed for operational decisions. When a source integration ends, the operator manually deletes that source's stored data; backup copies are progressively deleted through the rotation above. The operator also removes that source's authentication secrets from server settings and revokes its permissions and keys with Google or Apple.
Google user data received through AdMob OAuth client dosaem-metrics consists only of the AdMob aggregate statistics above and is used only to display metrics and make operational decisions. It is not sold, used for advertising, provided to third parties, viewed by anyone other than the operator, or used to train AI/ML models. Storage and backup follow section 3.
DOSAEM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting data are different. Revocation through Google Account → Security → Third-party access stops future access only. To delete stored statistics, email [email protected]. The operator deletes them from the metrics database; backup copies are progressively deleted through generation rotation.
Before using Google data for a new purpose or in a new way, we update this policy, notify the OAuth user (currently the sole operator), and obtain consent again.
The website and management tool are not directed at children and do not collect children's information.

How to refuse and consequences: no transfer occurs if you do not visit or send email. Refusing means you cannot view the site or receive an inquiry reply.
There is no third-party provision, and no external fonts, scripts or analytics are used. Google and Apple metrics API calls and Drive backups concern aggregate statistics for the operator's own apps, not personal data, and are explained in sections 3 and 4 instead of this table.
The management tool is available only after operator email authentication through Cloudflare Access and app sign-in, and only the sole operator has access. Long-term authentication secrets (OAuth refresh tokens, service account keys and API keys) are managed in encrypted server configuration files. At runtime they are used for authentication in memory, and access tokens are briefly cached. Secrets are not written to the metrics database, logs or responses. Transmission uses HTTPS. Google Drive backups are encrypted before upload. Inquiry emails exist only in a Google Workspace account accessible to the sole operator, and its administrator account uses 2-Step Verification.
